We are all tightening our belts a little bit more these days, but with so many outside factors influencing cattle production and a rancher's bottom line, it is imperative that everyone in agriculture be involved in a state cattle organization that can represent your best interests. While you are out in the fields cutting hay, feeding, or calving, it is important to have someone attending Board of Livestock meetings, monitoring legislative sessions, and working with State officials on your behalf. Montana Cattlemen's Association would like to be there for you, but we need your membership support to do so. As a producer-driven grassroots organization our work is completely funded through your membership dues and donations. Most organizations set dues at $100 or more! But MCA strongly believes every cattle producer or individual supporting agriculture should be a member of a state organization, which is why our directors have reduced our dues to a more affordable $20.
