MCA FOUNDATION DELIVERS BEEF TO

FORT BELKNAP COMMODITY PROGRAM

Montana Cattlemen's Association Foundation "Beef On Every Plate" program delivered approximately 400 pounds of hamburger to the Fort Belknap Reservation Commodity Program.  Willie and Cheri Doll who ranch south of Malta donated the beef.  Willie serves on the Board of Directors for Montana Cattlemen.  Pekovitch Meats in Malta donated the processing costs.

This effort once again reveals how rural Montanan ranchers stand up to help fellow Montanans in need.  Dennis McDonald, MCA Foundation President, delivered the beef to Fort Belknap and noted, "This keeps us moving toward our goal of processing 100 head of cattle by year's end.  If we can accomplish this goal, it would translate into between 40,000 to 50,000 pounds of beef!"

To make a contribution, please contact the MCA office at (406) 259-5433 or Dennis McDonald at (406) 537-2333.  The MCA Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit corporation, so all donations - beef or cash - are fully tax deductible as a charitable expense.
